We survey the deck for duct, sprinkler mains, and structure, then set one grid elevation that clears everything.

Grid layout and hang
Field centered so border cuts match on both walls, hanger wire at four feet, mains and cross tees leveled by laser.

Tile and trim out
Tile drops after MEP trim, with cuts at diffusers and sprinklers made on site so reveals stay even.

Can you install with the space in use?
Yes. We section the area, work from rolling stages, and reset tile without shutting operations down. Start times flex to the building’s access hours.
Do you supply tile or do we?
Either way works. We carry pricing on common Armstrong and USG lines and install owner-furnished tile when the spec calls for something long-lead.
What NRC and CAC ratings do you install?
We install across the common NRC and CAC ranges and will review the options against the acoustic targets in your specification.
