We walk above the ceiling for duct, sprinkler mains, and structure, then set a single grid elevation that clears it all.

Grid layout and hanging
Field centered so border cuts match wall to wall, hanger wire at four feet, and mains and cross tees leveled by laser.

Tile and trim
Tile drops after MEP trim, with cuts around diffusers and sprinklers made on site so reveals stay consistent.

Yes. We work in sections off rolling stages and can pull and reset tile without closing the space. Flexible start times let us match building access hours.
Who furnishes the tile?
Either of us. We price the common Armstrong and USG lines, or install owner-furnished tile when the design specifies a long-lead product.
What NRC and CAC ratings do you install?
We install across the common NRC and CAC ranges and will walk the options against the acoustic targets in your spec, from open offices to exam rooms and resident corridors.
